Vacation Rental Rates: (Jan - Mar) rented only monthly at $2500/month (Apr - May) $700/week, or $2100/month (June - Dec) $550/week, or $1800/month. Addition Costs include an 12% tax (for state sales and tourism tax), a one time Cleaning Fee of $55.00, and a $250 Reservation/Damage Deposit which is required to hold and confirm your reservation. Upon check out the unit will be inspected and the deposit will be returned within two weeks, less any expenses caused by tenant. Deposit & Billing: If you are arriving within 90 days, the full rent, tax, deposit, and cleaning fee is due at the time of reservatiion. If your arrival is more than 90 days away, the $250 deposit, plus 50% of the rent, tax, and cleaning fee is due at the time of reservation, and the remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. Cancellations & Refunds - if we are able to re-rent the condo for the same period, we will refund the amount you paid less any difference in rental rates and less a $250. administrative fee.
